Q: When is the Viennese Ice Dream open?

Our opening times: 19 January to 6 March 2022 open daily from 10:00 am to 10:00 pm

Q: Am I allowed to bring food and drink with me for consumption on site?

Naturally you may also bring your own food and drinks and consume them on the premises. However, the Viennese Ice Dream features a high-quality, sustainable, regional and diverse culinary offering. It's definitely worth a try!

Q: Do I have to wear a face mask at the Viennese Ice Dream?

No, since March 5, 2022 you no longer have to wear a mouth and nose protection at the Viennese Ice Dream.

Q: Could the Viennese Ice Dream be closed prematurely?

If a regulation is issued by the authorities that no longer permits the operation of the Viennese Ice Dream, it may be terminated prematurely.

Q: Can I also pay for tickets by card?

Yes, you can pay in cash or by card on site. We obviously prefer cashless payment.

Q: What are the advantages of the new online shop?

You can save 10% on your ticket price and possible waiting times at the ticket counter if you buy your ticket online. Thanks to the Print@Home ticket, you can access the ice in an entirely contactless process and without queuing: the QR code of the online tickets (smartphone or printout) can be scanned directly at the turnstiles to the ice.
